Do you make molds in your own tool shop?
Yes, we have our own tool shop, which lets us make molds and quickly start production. We work with both our own molds and molds supplied by the customer.
What materials do you use to manufacture products?
We use rubber compounds (including SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR), VMQ silicone, and plastics (TPE, PVC, PE, PA, PP, TPU, POM). We also produce rubber-to-metal and plastic-to-metal bonded products.
Do you help select the material for an application?
Yes, we support customers in selecting the material, technology, and product parameters. We choose the material for chemical, mechanical, temperature, and environmental resistance, so the product meets its intended use.
Do you handle both small and large production runs?
Yes, we handle series production as well as solutions tailored to individual technical requirements. Details about run size and deadlines are agreed individually during quoting.
Do you make rubber-to-metal bonded products?
Yes, we manufacture rubber-to-metal and plastic-to-metal bonded products. We design and produce these components according to the customer's technical requirements.

What does the ordering and quoting process look like?
The best way to start is by sending an inquiry with technical documentation, a drawing, or a product description via the contact form or by phone. We then select the material and technology and prepare a quote and delivery terms.
Do I need a ready-made mold, or do you design one from scratch?
Both options are possible. We can work with a mold supplied by the customer, or make a new mold in our own tool shop based on documentation or joint arrangements.
Since when has the BELLA plant been operating?
The BELLA plant has been operating since 1982 and has more than 40 years of experience manufacturing molded rubber, silicone, and plastic products.
What are the plant's opening hours?
The office and plant are open Monday to Friday, 06:00–16:00 and on Saturday from 06:00 to 13:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Please check our Google Business Profile for current hours.
