When preparing an inquiry for a custom part, please include the following information:

• A technical drawing (a hand-drawn sketch is fine) of the part with dimensions, or other data specifying its shape and dimensions.
• The material – type, hardness, color – if known.
• The product's operating conditions (physical and chemical): what it will be in contact with, what it will be exposed to, what it needs to resist, and what its function will be.
• The part's weight – if known.
• Whether you can provide a sample of the part for reference.
• The order quantity and how often it recurs.
• Contact details for a phone call.
• Whether you already have a mold, or whether one needs to be made for special new products.
