  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and/or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest).

Anti-spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

  • Purpose: protecting the form against abuse and bots.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (ensuring the security of the service).

Analytics and measurement (Amplitude)

  • Purpose: statistics and improving how the service works.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) – only activated after cookies are accepted.

4. Data recipients (processors)

Data may be shared with service providers we use to operate the site:

  • hosting/infrastructure (e.g. Vercel or another hosting provider),
  • email delivery (Resend) – for sending message confirmations,
  • Google – reCAPTCHA and mapping services (Google Maps),
  • Amplitude – analytics (activated after cookies are accepted),
  • Storyblok – CMS system (site content management).

5. Transfers of data outside the EEA

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA). In such cases, data is transferred in accordance with GDPR, in particular based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

  • correspondence: for as long as necessary to respond and conclude contact, then up to 12 months to defend against claims,
  • analytics/cookie data: until consent is withdrawn or according to your browser/device settings.
